Software that runs itself, reads anything, and connects everything.
Aqvirel builds autonomous operations, document intelligence and integration platforms for agriculture, food and financial services — delivered under our brand, or yours.
Built for the sectors where operations are hardest.
Three platforms. One integration layer connecting them to the systems you already run.
Autonomous Operations
Infrastructure that detects, diagnoses and resolves its own incidents. Recurring alerts are handled without a human in the loop, with every action logged, reversible and auditable.
View platform →Document Intelligence
Recognition and document understanding across multiple languages and scripts — including handwritten, low-quality and mixed-script documents that standard engines fail on.
View platform →Integration Fabric
Pre-built connectors and a governed integration layer joining ERP, IT service management and financial systems into processes that actually complete.
View platform →Your brand. Our engineering.
Every platform we build is available white-labelled. Your logo, your domain, your customer relationship — our product team and support tiers behind it.
What we have built.
Three engineering surfaces, joined by one governed integration layer.
Operations that resolve themselves.
Most infrastructure alerts are not novel — the same handful of failure modes recur across a fleet: disk exhaustion, a hung service, a memory leak, an expired certificate, a failed backup job, an unresponsive node. Aqvirel's autonomous operations layer learns the normal behaviour of your estate, correlates raw events into incidents, and executes the remediation your team would have executed — within seconds, at any hour, across the fleet.
| Capability | What it does | Why a buyer cares |
|---|---|---|
| Event correlation | Collapses thousands of raw events into a small number of actionable incidents using behavioural baselines rather than static thresholds. | The on-call team stops drowning — usually the first visible win, within days. |
| Autonomous remediation | Executes the resolution for a defined class of recurring incidents, without human approval, on a governed action library. | Removes the interruption entirely rather than routing it faster. |
| Shadow mode | Runs alongside the existing process, recommending but not acting, and logging what it would have done. | Lets a cautious operations team build trust with evidence before granting autonomy. |
| Guarded execution & rollback | Every automated action is logged, attributed, and automatically reversed if the condition does not improve within a defined window. | Answers the only question that matters: what happens when it gets it wrong. |
| Workload relocation | Moves or rebalances workloads across nodes, zones or clusters in response to failure, saturation or cost signals. | Turns capacity and cost problems into the same automated response. |
| Cloud cost optimisation | Continuously identifies idle compute, over-provisioned instances, orphaned storage and under-utilised GPU capacity, with owner attribution. | Pays for the engagement out of the customer's existing cloud bill. |
Aqvirel writes back into the service management systems you already run — every automated action appears as a ticket, a change record and an audit entry, exactly as a human action would: incident creation and auto-closure with remediation notes, change records against a standard template, CMDB reconciliation, SLA clock handling, risk-tiered approval workflows, and bidirectional sync.
Documents in. Structured data out.
Optical character recognition and document understanding built for the documents that break standard engines — handwritten forms, poor scans, mixed scripts, regional languages and non-standard layouts. Structured output is written directly into the destination system via the integration fabric.
Ingest
Scans, photos, PDFs, email attachments and bulk uploads — including low-connectivity mobile field capture.
Read
Multi-language, multi-script recognition covering printed text, handwriting, stamps, seals, signatures and tables.
Extract
Field-level extraction against a document template or trained model — names, identifiers, amounts, dates, line items.
Validate
Business-rule validation, cross-field checks, confidence scoring, and a human-in-the-loop review queue.
Deliver
Structured output written into ERP, core banking, case management or data warehouse via the integration fabric.
Applied across financial services (KYC capture, loan file digitisation, cheque processing), agriculture (land records, farmer registration, subsidy documentation), food and supply chain (invoices, certificates of analysis, cold-chain logs), government programmes (beneficiary registration, disbursement records) and enterprise back office (accounts payable, contract abstraction, records migration).
The layer that makes the rest of your stack work together.
Governed, monitored, reversible integration between enterprise resource planning, IT service management and financial systems — built as a product, not as a project that decays.
ERP
Master data synchronisation, purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash document flow, automated posting with validation before commit, inventory sync, financial period close support, and exception handling with a review queue.
ITSM
Incident create, update, resolve and auto-close with remediation detail attached; change record creation; CMDB reconciliation; SLA/OLA clock management; risk-tiered approval routing.
Fintech
Payment gateways, real-time payment rails and payouts; core banking and KYC interfaces; card issuing and stored value — with idempotency, reconciliation to the ledger and a full audit trail.
Aqvirel works as a technology provider to licensed institutions. Aqvirel does not hold funds, does not act as a financial institution, and operates under the licence and regulatory perimeter of the client.
The AI layer underneath every platform.
Autonomous Ops, Document Intelligence and Integration Fabric are all applications of the same underlying AI capability — built in-house, not bolted on.
AI Agents & Automation
Goal-directed agents that observe a system, decide within a governed action library, and act — the same agent architecture that drives autonomous remediation, document review queues and reconciliation workflows.
Enterprise AI Integration
Models wired into the systems of record that matter — ERP, ITSM, core banking — so an AI decision shows up as a ticket, a posting or an audit entry, not a standalone dashboard nobody checks.
Generative AI for Business Workflows
Applied to drafting remediation notes, summarising incident patterns into knowledge articles, and turning extracted document fields into review-ready case summaries.
Computer Vision & NLP
The recognition layer behind Document Intelligence — reading printed text, handwriting, stamps and mixed scripts, and understanding what a field means once it's extracted.
Predictive Analytics
Behavioural baselines and forecasting that catch a failing disk, a cold-chain excursion or a collections risk before it becomes an incident.
MLOps & Vector Search
Model versioning, monitoring and rollback discipline applied to every deployed model, with embeddings and vector retrieval powering document and knowledge search across the platform.
Every model in production sits behind the same guarded-execution and audit-trail principles as the rest of the platform — see Autonomous Operations.
Who it is for.
Vertical buyers self-select here — the vocabulary reflects what they already deal with daily.
Agricultural technology that works where the connectivity does not.
Agriculture generates enormous volumes of data in the least forgiving conditions in any industry — intermittent connectivity, regional languages, paper records, and users who will not tolerate a badly designed interface. Systems that assume a stable network and an English-speaking user fail in the field. We build for the field.
| Capability | Applied to agriculture |
|---|---|
| Field data & registration | Offline-capable mobile capture, regional-language forms, document and photograph capture, synchronising when connectivity returns. |
| Document intelligence | Land records, procurement receipts, scheme and subsidy documentation, cooperative and FPO records digitised from paper in the local script. |
| Traceability | Produce provenance from farm to buyer, lot and batch tracking, contract farming and outgrower programme administration. |
| Advisory & planning | Crop planning, input recommendation, and sensor/IoT integration for irrigation and field monitoring. |
| Financial linkage | Farmer payments, input credit, crop finance and procurement settlement through the fintech integration layer. |
| Programme delivery | Registry infrastructure, beneficiary management, monitoring dashboards and reporting for government and development programmes. |
Food supply chains fail in the gaps between systems.
Food businesses run on a chain of handoffs — grower, aggregator, processor, distributor, retailer — each with its own systems and its own paperwork. Losses, spoilage and compliance failures concentrate in the handoffs. We build the connective layer that makes the chain observable end to end.
| Capability | Applied to food & supply chain |
|---|---|
| Cold chain integrity | Sensor and telemetry ingestion, excursion detection, and automated escalation before product is lost rather than after. |
| Compliance documentation | Certificates of analysis, phytosanitary and export documentation, food safety records and audit packs read, validated and filed automatically. |
| Procurement & settlement | Weighbridge and quality-grading capture, automated reconciliation between delivered quantity, quality and payment. |
| Inventory & shelf-life | Batch-level inventory with expiry and rotation logic integrated to the ERP. |
| Traceability & recall | Forward and backward lot traceability, so a recall is a query rather than an investigation. |
| Autonomous operations | Processing-plant and distribution-centre IT and OT systems monitored and self-remediating, because cold-chain downtime is measured in spoiled stock. |
The engineering behind regulated financial products.
We build technology for licensed financial institutions, payment companies and lenders — the integration, automation and document processing layers that sit behind a regulated product. We operate as a technology provider within the client's regulatory perimeter, not as a financial institution.
| Capability | Applied to financial services |
|---|---|
| Onboarding automation | KYC document capture and verification, identity and sanctions screening, e-signature and mandate capture, with the evidence trail each decision requires. |
| Payments & disbursement | Gateway, rail and payout integration with idempotent handling, settlement reconciliation and exception management. |
| Stored value & cards | Prepaid and stored-value programme technology, including contactless and offline-capable card operation for low-connectivity environments. |
| NFC wallet services | Tap-to-pay NFC wallet issuance and acceptance, merchant and P2P transfer, on the same offline-capable stored-value core. |
| Vendor wallet services | Segregated, auditable wallets for suppliers and agents — funded from settlement, spendable at approved merchants or withdrawable per programme rules. |
| Lending operations | Origination, credit decisioning integration, repayment scheduling, collections workflow and microfinance group structures. |
| Reconciliation & reporting | Automated reconciliation to the ledger and deterministic, re-runnable regulatory reporting. |
| Operational resilience | Autonomous monitoring and remediation for the infrastructure behind payment and banking systems, with change control and audit evidence. |
Automation for the technician seat you can't fill.
For managed service providers and internal IT operations teams, the constraint is labour economics before it is technical architecture. Aqvirel's autonomous operations and integration layer extends what your existing team can cover — under your own brand, through the white-label programme.
| Capability | Applied to enterprise IT |
|---|---|
| L1/L2 automation | Recurring incident classes handled without escalation, freeing technicians for higher-value work. |
| Attendance & employee management | Biometric or card-based attendance capture, shift scheduling and technician productivity reporting, integrated to payroll and HRMS. |
| Multi-tenant delivery | Autonomous operations and integration fabric deployed across client estates under a single delivery model. |
| White-label option | The full platform available under your own brand — see the White-Label Programme. |
Payment technology that works where the network does not.
Offline-capable contactless stored-value cards, document intelligence and integration — delivered under your brand, inside your licence and your Shariah Board's perimeter.
Aqvirel works as a technology provider to licensed institutions. We do not hold funds. We do not act as a financial institution. We operate under the licence and regulatory perimeter of the client.
Not a disclaimer — the basis of the engagement.
For an Islamic bank, the distinction between a technology provider and a financial institution is not boilerplate. Aqvirel builds the integration, automation and document processing layers that sit behind a regulated product, working entirely inside the client's regulatory perimeter.
What stays with the institution
- The banking licence and the regulatory relationship with the central bank
- Shariah governance — the Board, the product approvals, the fatwa
- KYC, AML, sanctions screening and regulatory reporting decisions
- The customer relationship and the brand
- Custody of funds
What Aqvirel provides
- The platform, deployed on the institution's own infrastructure
- A product built so a Board can assess it quickly, with the evidence pack to do so
- The capture, workflow, screening integration and reporting extracts behind those decisions
- White-label delivery under the institution's own name and domain
- No custody. Aqvirel never holds client or customer money
Built around the governance an Islamic institution must evidence.
The platform is designed to be assessed, not taken on faith — every control below produces the artefact a Board, an auditor or a central bank examiner asks for.
Shariah Board governance
Product term sheet, contract structure and fee schedule delivered as a ready assessment pack for the institution's own Shariah Board — the ruling is always the Board's, never ours.
AAOIFI card standard alignment
Fee model built to sit inside the accepted card-fee structure — commission on the merchant, membership and service fees on the cardholder — with no charge that behaves as a return on money.
Central bank & e‑money perimeter
Deployed inside the institution's own licence — stored-value, KYC/AML thresholds and reporting formats configured to the client's national payments and e-money regulations.
Audit & evidence trail
Every action — automated or human — lands as a ticket, change record and audit entry, with deterministic, re-runnable regulatory reports for examiners.
Data residency & custody
Containerised on the institution's own infrastructure, including on-premises where residency requires it. Aqvirel never takes custody of funds or customer data.
Nine capabilities, one integration layer.
Everything below is an application of the same three engineering surfaces Aqvirel builds across agriculture, food and financial services — Autonomous Operations, Document Intelligence and Integration Fabric — joined by a governed integration layer.
| Capability | What we build | Why an Islamic institution cares |
|---|---|---|
| Stored value & cards | Prepaid and stored-value programme technology, including contactless and offline-capable card operation for low-connectivity environments. | A prepaid instrument carries no credit facility — the single objection that stops most card products at the Shariah Board. |
| NFC wallet services | Tap-to-pay NFC wallet issuance and acceptance — phone or card based — layered on the same offline-capable stored-value core, with merchant and P2P transfer support. | Extends the same asset-backed, no-credit-facility instrument to a smartphone wallet without introducing a new Shariah question. |
| Vendor wallet services | Segregated wallets for suppliers, agents and contract farmers — funded from settlement, spendable at approved merchants or withdrawable per programme rules. | Keeps supplier payment inside a closed, auditable loop rather than informal cash handling. |
| Attendance & workforce management | Biometric or NFC-card attendance capture at branches, agent points and field sites, feeding payroll, shift and field-staff productivity reporting. | Turns distributed field and agent-network staffing into a reportable, auditable record. |
| Onboarding automation | KYC document capture and verification, identity and sanctions screening, mandate capture, with the evidence trail each decision requires. | Enrolment, not payment, is what makes rural accounts uneconomic to open. |
| Payments & disbursement | Gateway, rail and payout integration with idempotent handling, settlement reconciliation and exception management. | Programme disbursement at scale without a manual reconciliation burden. |
| Islamic financing operations | Origination, decisioning integration, repayment scheduling, collections workflow and microfinance group structures. | Modelled as the contracts themselves — Murabaha, Salam, Ijarah — rather than a conventional loan with a compliance flag. |
| Reconciliation & reporting | Automated reconciliation to the ledger and deterministic, re-runnable regulatory reporting. | Deterministic re-runs are what make a Shariah audit and a central bank return survivable. |
| Operational resilience | Autonomous monitoring and remediation for the infrastructure behind payment and banking systems. | Uptime for a rail that rural customers cannot phone a branch about. |
Value lives on the card, not in the cloud.
The capability we would lead with in any market where connectivity is the binding constraint. A payment is verified and deducted cryptographically on the chip, with no live authorisation call — the network is needed for settlement, never for the transaction itself.
Fund
A sponsor, employer or customer deposits at a branch or agent. Funds settle into a segregated pool and value is written to the card.
Tap
The cardholder taps against a low-cost Android handset. The chip authenticates, verifies and deducts value locally. Final at the tap.
Hold
The handset caches a signed transaction record in an encrypted local store, and keeps operating for weeks without a connection.
Sync
When the handset finds a signal, records batch-upload, are validated and ordered, and post to the ledger.
The controls that make it safe offline:
| Risk | Control |
|---|---|
| Balance tampering | Value held in an authenticated chip file; writes require key authentication against keys derived per card. |
| Card cloning | A monotonic sequence counter on the chip, carried in every record. A duplicate or anomalous counter is detected at settlement and the card is blacklisted. |
| Replay | Idempotent ingestion keyed on the card identifier and counter value — the same record can never post twice. |
| Interrupted transactions | Resolution to the chip's own state on the next tap, never inferred from the handset. |
| Spending beyond value | Structurally impossible. The chip cannot authorise beyond loaded value under any offline condition. |
| Rogue terminal | Per-device credentials, device attestation at sync, and quarantine of records from any device that fails it. |
In any offline scheme, a cloned card can transact until a terminal that meets it has downloaded a blacklist containing it. That exposure window is real and it is managed with per-card value ceilings, not eliminated. We would bring the quantified exposure model to the first technical session rather than wait to be asked for it.
A prepaid instrument answers most of the Board's questions by construction.
A Shariah Board assesses a card product on a small number of structural questions. A stored-value instrument is built so the answers are structural, not configured.
There is no credit facility. The card cannot be used beyond loaded value under any condition, online or offline — the classical objection to bank cards is the interest-bearing revolving facility, and it does not arise here.
No return accrues on the stored balance, and none is promised or implied in any customer-facing text.
A negative balance is impossible by construction, not by policy — enforced at the chip and again at settlement.
Stored value is fully backed at all times.
No charge anywhere in the product is a function of amount multiplied by elapsed time. Every fee is for a defined service actually rendered.
The fee model is built to sit inside what the applicable AAOIFI card standard already permits: a commission charged to the accepting merchant as a percentage of the purchase price, and membership, renewal and replacement fees charged to the cardholder. Charges that would resemble a return on money are absent from the product rather than switched off in configuration.
We bring the product term sheet, the transaction flow with the possession position stated plainly, the annotated fee schedule, the loss-allocation statement, the ledger account map and an evidence pack of the operations the system refuses to perform. We do not bring a compliance claim. Whether the product is compliant is the Board's ruling, not a vendor's assertion.
The same pipeline, applied to a banking file room.
Applied to KYC capture, financing file digitisation, cheque processing, beneficiary registration and disbursement records. In this market the documents are frequently handwritten, in local script, and captured on a phone in poor light — the case the recognition layer was built for.
Ingest
Scans, photos, PDFs, email attachments and bulk uploads — including low-connectivity mobile field capture.
Read
Multi-language, multi-script recognition covering printed text, handwriting, stamps, seals, signatures and tables.
Extract
Field-level extraction against a document template or trained model.
Validate
Business-rule validation, cross-field checks, confidence scoring and a human-in-the-loop review queue.
Deliver
Structured output written into core banking, case management or the data warehouse.
We publish numbers we can evidence, and no others. General product accuracy figures are not evidence for handwritten local-script documents on worn identity papers. We benchmark on your own sample during discovery and quote the measured result, whatever it is.
Salam and Murabaha, operable at scale.
Financial linkage to an agricultural population is the same connectivity problem approached from the banking side. For an Islamic institution, this is where the input purchase, the harvest sale and the settlement happen on the same rail, with the evidence trail each contract requires.
| Capability | Applied to agricultural finance |
|---|---|
| Field registration | Offline-capable mobile capture, regional-language forms, document and photograph capture, synchronising when connectivity returns. |
| Document intelligence | Land records, procurement receipts, scheme and subsidy documentation, cooperative records digitised from paper in the local script. |
| Financial linkage | Farmer payments, input finance, crop finance and procurement settlement through the fintech integration layer. |
| Programme delivery | Registry infrastructure, beneficiary management, monitoring dashboards and reporting for government and development programmes. |
| Traceability | Lot and batch tracking, contract farming and outgrower programme administration. |
On your infrastructure, inside your systems of record.
Containerised deployment on the institution's own infrastructure, including on-premises where data residency requires it.
Pre-built, tested connectors across core banking, payment rails, identity and KYC, document sources, ERP and service management — each stating what it synchronises, the direction of data flow, the authentication method and its certification status.
Idempotent handling, reconciliation to the ledger and a full audit trail on every financial integration.
Every automated action appears in the systems already in use as a ticket, a change record and an audit entry, exactly as a human action would.
A sensible first step.
We start with a scoped pilot against your success criteria, agreed in writing before we begin.
We publish numbers we can evidence, and no others.
We build to integrate with what you already run, because replacing it is rarely the right answer.
We tell clients when the answer is not to proceed.
A short technical session with your IT security and Shariah review functions, followed by a single containerised instance on your own infrastructure with a limited card batch for internal testing. It commits no branch capital, no balance-sheet exposure and no procurement cycle — and it moves the conversation from a document to your own servers.
How we engage.
For buyers who need capability rather than a licence.
Add enterprise-grade capability to your service portfolio without building an engineering team — launch under your own name, with our product organisation behind you. You control brand, commercial terms and the customer relationship; Aqvirel provides engineering, release management, security patching and escalation support.
Every platform Aqvirel sells was built in-house, through continuous research into recognition accuracy for difficult scripts, causal inference for automated root-cause analysis, safe autonomy and rollback design, and offline-first architecture. That same capability is available on a fractional, contracted basis to corporates and academic institutions.
Senior leadership on a defined, part-time engagement — an accountable member of the leadership team, with defined objectives, a defined time commitment and a defined term, for organisations that need experienced executive capability without a permanent appointment.
We help patent holders turn granted intellectual property into licensing revenue through evidence-led claim analysis, target identification and structured commercialisation, working alongside your legal counsel. Aqvirel is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice — our work is the technical and commercial analysis that supports the decisions a patent holder and their counsel make together.
